Even though you can start with small habits, implementing a healthy lifestyle is not easy. Because, one of the most difficult things to do is maintain the habit for the long term. The desire to start a healthy lifestyle can decrease when the intention is not strong enough. Therefore, it is important for you to be committed and disciplined when living a healthy lifestyle.
